
Eileen Bandel INSIGHTS Facilitator
Biography
Eileen is an early childhood expert with 20+ years of expertise in supportive parenting, enhancing quality in early care and education settings, and fostering children’s social-emotional learning and academic growth. She has devoted much of her career to partnering with federal clients and representatives from local, non-profit organizations to design and carry out studies that allow them to measure the impact and reach of their services and inform program practice.
Eileen is a seasoned INSIGHTS facilitator who has led parent, teacher, and classroom components of the school-based intervention. More recently, Eileen has partnered with Dr. Camila Fernandez and Dr. Sandee McClowry to translate and culturally adapt NEW INSIGHTS’ lesson materials (including videos, interactive activities, and handouts) for Spanish-speaking parents and caregivers.
Eileen holds a Ph.D. in developmental psychology from New York University.
