Biography
Iymaani Aytes is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Aytes Agency, a boutique consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA specializing in arts access, strategic partnerships, community investment, and program development for cultural institutions, nonprofits, and educational organizations.
Through The Aytes Agency, Iymaani leads high-impact initiatives that connect arts, education, and community engagement. The agency focuses on curating sustainable programming, fostering inclusive partnerships, and ensuring the arts remain a catalyst for education, social change, and community cohesion.
Currently, The Aytes Agency is proud to support NEW INSIGHTS, in integrating the program into the Atlanta community. In addition, The Aytes Agency has successfully worked with organizations, including the Atlanta Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Center for Puppetry Arts, Villa Albertine, and Terminus Modern Ballet Theatre, amplifying their impact through collaborative and strategic engagement.
Iymaani holds a Master’s in Psychology in Education (Clinical Psychology) from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Virginia State University.
