Joan Carraher INSIGHTS Facilitator
Biography
Joan Carraher, Ed.D. received her doctorate from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Dr. Carraher has over 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher and school principal, completing her Pre-K-12 career in 2018 after 10 additional years as a school superintendent. She taught graduate classes for Chadron State College’s Educational Administration program as well as supervised student teachers from various colleges. Currently she is an Early Childhood Interventionist at the Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools and is a facilitator for INSIGHTS in Nebraska.
