Joan Carraher INSIGHTS Facilitator
Biography
Joan Carraher, Ed.D. received her doctorate from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Â Dr. Carraher has over 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher and school principal, completing her Pre-K-12 career in 2018 after 10 additional years as a school superintendent. Â She taught graduate classes for Chadron State College’s Educational Administration program as well as supervised student teachers from various colleges. Â Currently she is an Early Childhood Interventionist at the Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools and is a facilitator for INSIGHTS in Nebraska.
