Biography
Ms. Franco received her master’s degree in human development and Social Intervention from NYU Steinhardt. She has worked at the DREAM project, Communities in Schools, LAS Family Health Service, and Barnard Toddler Center. Ms. Villa is a bilingual facilitator delivering the program in Spanish and English.
