Philicia Morgan INSIGHTS Facilitator
Biography
Philicia (Phil) Morgan has a masters in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the College of Education at Florida A&M University. She has almost a decade of experience as an educator having taught students on both the primary and secondary level. As a result of her teaching expertise, Phil was awarded a Fulbright to Jamaica during which she became a facilitator for INSIGHTS.
